Vote Description
This was a vote on enactment of H543, An Act relative to disclosure of top contributors for independent expenditures or electioneering communications. This bill would not close the union loophole in campaign finance law. Instead the bill would deter speech by forcing the disclosure of members of organizations that engage in the democratic process.
