This section of the supplemental budget requires state agencies to regularly review regulation statutes passed by the legislature and comment on the agency's plan to implement it.

Mass Fiscal would have voted to keep Governor Baker's override of this section of the supplemental budget. The section creates an unnecessary and redundant burden on executive agencies and is not in line with Mass Fiscal's vision for an efficient state government.
