Repealing Ban on People Under 18 from Employment in Tanning Salons Senate #162

Vote Description

This amendment would have repealed a section of a bill which bans people under age 18 from working in a tanning salon.

Mass Fiscal Explanation

Mass Fiscal would have voted yes to allow people under 18 to work in tanning salons. Barring teenagers from working in certain industries only serves to further limit the already scarce number of job opportunities open to young workers.
