Imposing an Internet Sales Tax Senate #95

Vote Description

This bill prepares the Massachusetts State Government to begin to collect internet sales taxes if (and when) the Federal Government decides to impose internet sales taxes.

Mass Fiscal Explanation

MassFiscal would have voted no. Imposing an internet sales tax would serve to further hinder the Massachusetts taxpayer.
