Vote Description

This was a vote on Amendment #3 to H.68, the proposed Joint Rules for the 2021-2022 legislative session. This amendment called for Joint Committee poles to be open for two hours to allow committee members to vote. Often times, committee members are not given a heads up as to when they will be expected to vote on a piece of legislation in their committee, and therefore need more time to review the legislation before they are able to confidently submit their vote.
